 The `blockVisibility` key is already in use by
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/block-visibility/ the Block Visibility
 plugin]. Because of the key conflicts, users cannot disable only the core
 functionality on sites that have the Block Visibility plugin enabled.

 After a discussion, it was decided to change the support key on the core
 side from `blockVisibility` to `visibility`.
