Comment:

 Adding this to 7.0.

 After 13 years, this is in dire need of a re-test; there is no reason to
 assume any of these issues are the same. While there may be issues, there
 are so many changes in all contexts (Dragon, browser APIs, and WordPress),
 that any prior research on this ticket is likely mooted.
