 I believe that the update's specifics have some significance. Maybe a link
 to the update log or details may be included in the banner. The banner can
 link to update_history.php?ref=update_YYMMDDHHMMSS after the update log
 and details are entered into the database as update_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.
