 I knew I had just seen this suggestion somewhere :)
 - @krogsgard mentioned it as part of #34116.
 - @knutsp suggested giving users a way to change the category name on an
 onboarding screen for new installations in comment:2:ticket:60001.

 This ticket could change the default name and slug for new sites (even
 within old networks). I like the idea of giving admins a simple way to
 change the slug on existing sites and redirect the URLs permanently, but
 that probably is too much.
