 @SirLouen The lead up to RC 1 is always a busy time and I didn't get a
 chance to review the changes.

 Without an explanation on the commit [https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-
 develop/pull/9699/commits/af483f2b158d206f28b7fb3c47bb6a033e761b66 Fix the
 tests], I prioritised other items that could be reviewed more quickly to
 allow me to test this this-morning.

 I've posted on the pull request.
