 After a lot of feedback and review with multiple Gutenberg contributors
 and designers, we decided to delay the template activation feature to 7.0.
 It’s not ready for prime time in terms of UX. We do now have invaluable
 feedback and improvements from its time in Beta to get it ready for 7.0.
