 Could you switch to the code editor and provide the complete HTML of the
 broken cover block? This is exactly the information we need for our
 investigation.

 Once the block is repaired, we will no longer be able to investigate the
 issue.

 Also, I have attempted to reproduce the problem based on the various
 information attached to this ticket, but I have not yet been able to
 reproduce it.
