 As noted in the description, there is already chunking in other parts,
 e.g. [https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/dd6d4e7/wp-
 admin/includes/export.php#L155 here] and
 [https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/dd6d4e7/wp-
 admin/includes/export.php#L590 here].

 I chose 20 for consistency, but we could maybe use filters to allow for
 different sizes.
