 @johnbillion #30262 looks like an elephant dinner in one sitting.

 I believe that some components can perfectly be separated, and approached
 more cautiously, with much simpler testing and more detailed Testing Use
 Cases, for each step introduced.

 From an eagle view, it feels that can see it could be divided at least
 into 3 or 4 individual reports that could be merged faster and smoother.

 One being this particular one. Adding support to dbDelta views with the
 unit-tests, a testing case and a little more discussion, pretty
 straightforward.
