 It appears that [https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AWordPress%2Fwordpress-
 develop%20array%3Cstring%2C&type=code quite a bit of array key notation
 has already made its way into WordPress], and
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/classes/wp_speculation_rules/add_rule/
 the parser at developer.wordpress.org isn't handling them correctly].
