 The ticket originally concerned the global styles controller and after
 fixing the global styles controller the ticket was closed. It was re-
 opened for the templates controller which remains unfixed. I would have
 preferred this ticket remained closed and a new ticket created for the
 templates controller, but I was not yet involved at that time.

 Thanks for the pointer about the Testing Use Case which I will look into
 when I get time.
