 Hello Team,

 I have worked on "**Quote**" block into the "**Twenty Twenty Three**"
 theme and found that its "**Border**" is not aligning properly based on
 requirement. When we change its text alignment from "Block editor block
 toolbar" settings to "**Align text right**" then border alignment not
 changed based on requirement.

 I think that it should be change from left to right for consistency.

 Also, when we change its text alignment to "**Align text center**", Still
 we can seeing its border into the left end.
