 WordPress does not have the ability to enable transliteration (of links,
 file names) to Latin. Because of this, sites that use Cyrillic or other
 non-Latin languages ​​​​face a problem when the link contains non-Latin
 characters, which is bad practice for a website (for example, Cyrillic).

 Because of this, sites are forced to use plugins (for example, Cyr-To-Lat)
 or other solutions.

 Proposal:
 Add to the general WordPress settings the option to enable transliteration
 if the site has non-Latin languages ​​​​(for example, Cyrillic -
 Ukrainian, Bulgarian, etc.)

 There should be an easy to choose the ISO9 transliteration option, or set
 your own option for matching Latin letters (similar to what is done in
 plugins).
