 The standard WordPress functionality does not allow you to conveniently
 manage the order of taxonomies output when there are a large number of
 them, so most sites are forced to use plugins (for example, Custom
 Taxonomy Order) or other solutions.

 The proposal is to add settings for the order of taxonomies output
 (categories, tags, attributes, etc.) to WordPress and plugins with the
 following functionality:

 Manual settings (drag and drop)

 and

 Settings:
 - Order by ID (default).
 - Custom Order as defined above.
 - Alphabetical Order by Name.
 - Alphabetical Order by Slug.
 - Order by Post Count.
