Comment:

 When embedding a map from Google Maps, the embed code is sourced in its
 entirety from Google Maps. Google does not provide a `title` attribute on
 the `iframe` they create, and it is not possible for WordPress to source
 this.

 If you're using a plugin to add Google Maps, then you may be able to
 report this to the plugin developer; but there is no core WordPress
 implementation for Google Maps.
