Changes (by nikunj8866):

 * Attachment "User_Delete_Confirmation_Role_Wise.png" added.

 To improve the UX of the "Attribute all content to" dropdown on the delete
 user screen, I think creating a separate function like
 wp_dropdown_users_with_roles() that renders the user list grouped by roles
 using <optgroup>.
