 Hmm, Dashboard does not seem quite accurate here, as the color scheme is
 for all of the [https://wordpress.org/documentation/article
 /administration-screens/ administration screens], not just the Dashboard
 screen.

 Maybe "Administration Color Scheme" would be more appropriate?
