 This solution ensures that no trailing slash is added to URLs when a query
 string is present. By checking for the existence of a query string using
 the  function, it modifies the behavior of the  function. The condition
 combines permalink structure validation with query string detection to
 accurately handle URLs, preserving their intended structure.
