 There is an issue with the padding of input boxes on Core Trac where the
 excessive padding is causing the input boxes to overflow, which in turn
 hides the text located below them. This overflow issue is affecting the
 overall layout and user experience by making it difficult to view and
 interact with other content that should be visible beneath the input
 boxes.

 **Steps to Reproduce:**

 - Navigate to the Core Trac interface.
 - Locate any input box (e.g., in a comment or search field).
 - Observe that the padding of the input box causes it to overflow and hide
 any content below it.
