 Reviewing this ticket that was stalled and also #42115
 And checking the results from #30741
 The current state of this is pretty well solved

 I don't have the judgment to confirm if this what the OP was expecting
 originally or if he was expecting like one of those blue edit buttons:

 To go in front of the default menu and leading to the Menu section

 Maybe this could be a solicited feature if anyone could be intersted on
 this

 About the patch, since I cannot reproduce the original scenario in the
 current trunk, unless some new testing instructions are brought and
 reporter shows again interest in this patch, I would leave it on hold,
 asking for further info to the reporter @celloexpressions
