Comment:

 Hmm. Second thought: Given we're in the beta cycle and as this is in fact
 an enhancement, let's keep it in a limited scope and a self-contained,
 low-risk change :)

 A follow-up ticket can always be created later to update the virtual
 robots.txt file, if needed.
