 For plugins and userland code that utilize the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/image_editor_output_format/
 `image_editor_output_format` filter], it may not be clear to site
 operators what the final transforms are. This enhancement proposes adding
 the final upload->transform mappings information to the ''Site Health >
 Info'' tab, possibly under the existing "Media Handling" section.
 Displaying these mappings could prove useful, particularly when debugging
 final image output.

 The motivation for this update comes from experiencing unexpected
 mappings, as reported in #62365.
