 Keen for this. There are a ton of scenarios where I need to be able to
 modify things like HTTP headers and the <head> of a document, based on
 that document's final content (for SEO, performance, accessibility and
 various other reasons). That's extremely cumbersome at the moment, given
 the myriad ways in which (and points in time that) themes, blocks and
 content can be input, transformed, and output.

 Having a reliable, safe way to use output buffering would make developing
 features in these areas far easier.

 Anecdotally, when I was at Yoast, we had a laundry list of powerful block
 editor SEO features which never got past the drawing board because output
 buffering is/was nasty at the time. If we can fix that, we can do ''so
 much more'' with blocks.
