Comment:

 Patch does not apply cleanly, so changing to `needs-refresh`.

 What is the usecase for needing custom classes here? Since it needs to be
 included in the call to `get_comment_reply_link`, it seems like custom
 themes can use other parts of the CSS cascade if you need to target
 specific links.
