 The reason for creating this patch and taking this route
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/62819/62819-editor-and-
 frontend.patch 62819-editor-and-frontend.patch] was that the editor styles
 were not appearing in real time. Manual refresh was needed every time a
 new size was picked.
