 In the WordPress admin area, when viewed on a mobile device, the search
 boxes have an extra 4px space on the right side. This does not break the
 layout but causes unnecessary white space, making the UI look slightly
 off.

 === Steps to Reproduce
 1. Open the site on a mobile device or use mobile view in browser
 developer tools.
 2. Navigate to any page with a search box.
 3. Notice the extra 4px margin on the right side of the search box.

 === Expected Results
 The search box should use the available width without extra space on the
 right side.

 === Screenshots

 === Environment
 - WordPress: 6.9-alpha-60272
 - PHP: 8.2.28
 - Server: nginx/1.27.5
 - Database: mysqli (Server: 8.4.5 / Client: mysqlnd 8.2.28)
 - Browser: Chrome 136.0.0.0
 - OS: Windows 10/11
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five 1.2
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.0

 === Additional Notes
 - This happens specifically in the WordPress admin panel’s mobile view.
 - No layout break, but the spacing looks inconsistent.
