Comment:

 Apologies for the time it's taken to get a response on this. I just tried
 to replicate this and I am unable to. What I hope has happened is the
 passing of time has fixed this, if that isn't the case let's get a little
 more information and report upstream in the core editor github repo:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg.

 For now, I am going to close this issue though as reporting in the github
 repo is the direction forward should the issue persist.
