 Hey all,

 I have just taken a look through this ticket and the various conversations
 on slack, and it looks like the general consensus from core contributters
 is to not make this change. Because of this, and the fact this ticket has
 been sitting for a while, I suggest we add the `close` tag. However if
 this decision is incorrect, please remove the tag. 😃
