 If you're only seeing content up to the "more" tag from /wp-
 json/wp/v2/posts/{id}, check the content.rendered field it usually
 contains the full content. If it's still cut off, a theme or plugin might
 be filtering the content. Try testing with a default theme and no plugins
 to confirm. I dont think you are getting this issue now.
