 - Browser: Safari 18.3
 - OS: macOS
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty 2.9
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.0

 === Actual Results
 1.  Error condition does not occurs.
 2.  The m4a file is playing well in safari

 === Additional Notes
 - It’s likely working fine now either because of WordPress 6.8.2 or the
 Safari update improving compatibility.
