 Thanks @talldanwp, for the ticket.

 I agree with the proposal and think this case should be considered and
 included.

 I have tried to implement the functionality where it works with both
 comma-separated strings (e.g., media_type=image,video) and arrays, while
 remaining fully backward-compatible with existing requests.

 Any better approaches are always welcome.
