 If you experience a problem with the icons in the administration menu with
 the latest WordPress, please add more details.

 The front-end screenshot shows missing icons from your theme's 'Astra'
 font. Their icon font uses `font-display: fallback`, which "will only
 render the icon font if it loads within a short (usually 3 second) time
 period" ([https://www.zachleat.com/web/font-display-icon-fonts/ source]).
 You would want to report that to the Astra theme authors and/or add custom
 CSS to your site for that.
