 === Actual Results
 1.  ❌ Issue resolved with patch.
 When we put any passed tests section URL in a browser, the passed tests
 section does not open. Other things are working fine.

 === Additional Notes
 - When I visit http://localhost:8889/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab#health-
 check-section-php_default_timezone from a browser, the PHP default
 timezone section is not opened because it is hidden. I am facing the
 screen as shown in the screenshot below.
