 Thanks for the feedback, @sabernhardt!

 I've made the requested changes. I removed the rule that set margins to
 zero for list items and updated the selector to exclude .wp-block-list-
 item from receiving vertical margins. This should better respect any
 custom styles applied to list items.

 Let me know if anything else needs adjustment.
