 Thanks, I replaced that with a link to the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/writing-patches/
 Writing patches section].

 However, please note that Core Trac is only meant to contribute to
 WordPress Core, not on WP.org issues. Next time, it would be better to
 report this in the Meta Trac (meta.trac.wordpress.org). That's why I'm
 closing this ticket as `invalid` :)
