 Hey everyone, I noticed this ticket has been open for a while, and since
 it’s a useful enhancement, I’ve taken the initiative to implement
 `esc_br_html()` along with related functions (`esc_br_html__()`,
 `esc_br_html_x()`, `esc_br_html_e()`).
