 Hello and welcome to WordPress Core Trac,

 As mentioned in the error message, this looks like an issue with the
 Genesis theme/plugin, not with WordPress Core. It appears the theme/plugin
 loads its translations too early.
 Therefore, you should rather open a support message to the plugin/theme
 developer and point them to https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/10/21
 /i18n-improvements-6-7/ so that they can address this on their end.

 Closing this ticket as `invalid` since it's not an issue with WordPress
 Core but with the implementation located in a plugin/theme.
