 Hi
 I am not able to reproduce this in WordPress 6.7.2 with various themes.
 The image block has the same bottom margin with it is not aligned and when
 it is centered.
 -I did not test inserting an image block on an older version and then
 upgrading.
 I recommend closing this issue.
