 Thanks @wildworks for raising the issue.


 While you correctly identified the problem in `class-wp-customize-nav-
 menus.php`, I observed from my testing that the fix was actually needed in
 `class-wp-customize-section.php`, which is the template used by all
 Customizer sections. I've submitted a PR for the same, please feel free to
 test the changes.
