 I tagged you in the PR because I thought there could be a concern there.
 As can be seen from the PR, there is a mixture of buttons and links that
 take a user from one step to another in the setup and installation
 process. Only the final link, which takes the user to the Login screen, is
 actually styled as a link, all the others are styled as buttons. What is
 the effect of also styling the final link as a button? Is there an
 accessibility concern?

 It acts as a "back" button so I thought it would be beneficial to leave it
 left-aligned. Happy to defer to those with more design and UX experience
 than me.

 I think that can be addressed in a separate ticket. Definitely seems to be
 some inconsistency in this regard.
