 @peterwilsoncc ah nice, I had not thought of the Internet Archive, good
 idea.  I think I still prefer the non-linked version as it feels less
 likely that someone will manage to click through to the current cafelog
 site (given concerns that it is / may turn into a spam site), but
 providing folks with a similar experience to the former cafelog URL via
 Internet Archive also is a valuable option.  Noting my stance here is a
 weakly held opinion so I'll defer to @audrasjb for any final tweaks to get
 this to a resolution.
