Comment:

 This is interesting, but I think it's a bit too early to consider this for
 WordPress. It's also not clear if this would be a good progressive
 enhancement, or if that would introduce weird edge cases.

 A proposal may also be beneficial explaining the benefits. For now, I'm
 going to add a `close` as `maybelater` suggestion. It can be reopened when
 the time to reconsider comes.
