 As the message says, this is an issue with the `riode` theme you are
 using. It loads translations too early.

 I suggest you reach out to the theme developer and point them to
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/10/21/i18n-improvements-6-7/ so that
 they can address this on their end.
