 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/8322 will add an error
 when an image is uploaded and the mime type is not supported by the
 server.

 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/68788 will improve the display
 of this error in the Gutenberg.
