Comment (by JeffPaul):

 I concur that for now keeping with stick / sticky is best given
 proliferation of that across core/docs.  With that in mind, inheriting
 from copy that exists on Settings > Reading perhaps we normalize to
 something like "Stick this post to the homepage"?
