Comment:

 A lot of time has passed here, and given the concerns about supporting
 such functionality & adding such a filter, plus the lack of activity, I am
 closing this as a wontfix for now.

 Don't worry, conversation can still happen on closed tickets, or resurface
 in another form as well.
