 Hi @naa986 Thank you for opening this ticket.

 Sadly this is a known issue and something plugin developers are strongly
 warned against. There isn't an easy way to correct this, as WP doesn't
 have a way to know what the 'right' name should be. Since the information
 is saved as `foldername/filename.php`, any change to that can cause the
 result you see :(
