 I have tried this option, but as the page=complianz&websitescan# is
 frozen, I cannot access their support system or any other.

 Also, though I appreciate your suggestions, the plugin was not ordered,
 bought, or installed by me; rather, it came as a package when I subscribed
 to WordPress.org. Besides, this has more to do with WordPress, especially
 as I am unable to use WordPress because the whole page is frozen.

 I would appreciate you taking a closer look at my dilemma with the hope
 that I can soon start using wordpress.org again;

 I have attached a screenshot of what I am experiencing hoping a solution
 will soon be found.
