 Hi, I discovered a bug creating my lab website.
 To be sure it wasn't caused by any plugin I tried to replicate on
 wordpress.com free and also on another freshly installed wordpress
 website. It always appear.
 The bug is that when inserting a simple wordpress cover block with fixed
 background if visiting the website via chromium-based mobile browser the
 image is zooming and unzooming when scrolling the page. It happens when
 the scrolling action causes the browser addressbar to appear and
 disappear, and it doesn't bug on the first scrolling when the addressbar
 isn't disappearing.
 The bug is not present on firefox and it's not present on desktop browsers
 firefox and edge (chromium) because there isn't the addressbas
 disappearing.

 As you can see it's not related to dimension of block, both boxed and full
 width are affected, and not affected by header sticky or not.
