 Thank you for bringing this issue to the attention! I was able to
 reproduce the issue on my end as well. Since the cropping functionality in
 the Block Editor is part of the [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/
 Gutenberg], it would be best to report this in the Gutenberg repository
 for further assistance.
